A unique blend of Gewürztraminer and Muscat Ottonel. Muscat Ottonel is a variety of the Muscat grape producing lighter flavour of wine.

Pale in colour. Flavours of lychee and rose petal scents from the Gewürztraminer grape blend well with Muscat Ottonel variety. This makes our mst exotic tasting wine yet.

Full Bodied & Fruity Red Wine

This is a unique Pelee Island wine. Gamy Noir is a French grape variety that is solely responsible for the distinctive wines of Beaujolais, while Zweigelt, an Austrian / Hungarian grape variety, is Austria’s most popular red grape.

Deep in colour. The appealing fruitless of Gamay Noir and the distinct spiciness of Zweigelt grapes is blended to yield this full bodied red. Its boysenberry and black current flavours combine with a fine tannic finish and crisp acidity.

48% Ganay Noir
43% Zweigelt
9% Cabernet Franc

Chardonnay is one of the most popular of French white wine grapes. This firm, dry Chardonnay is vibrant, fresh and enticing

Like the pheasant, our Chardonnay grape vines have adapted well to the sun, soil, climate and latitude of Pelee Island.

These grapes were harvested in September when they had reached 20.1 degrees Brix. They were then fermented for two to four weeks in stainless steel tanks and then left to age for another 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
