Winemaker’s Notes:
Reflections of 2008 include all gamuts of the weather spectrum occurring at the appropriate time producing wines that are as diverse as the weather. They were born in and just as Mother nature intended. The results of the late spring, a hot and dry summer, and a cool harvest season are aromatic a richly flavoured wines to be enjoyed for years to come.
The Chambourcin is a medium-bodied drry red wine with aromas ofbright red fruit. Cranberry an red currents continuing with the flavours of sweet cherry lasting well past the swallow.
Food Pairings:
This fruit forward red heightens the experience with all foods. Enjoy with chicken dishes, roast beef and mushrooms, pasta in tomato sauce and yes, pizza.

An exceptional 2005 vintage red made of the popular now sold out 2005 Baco Noir and the fruity 2005 Chambourcin. The full bodied character of Baco Noir is softened by the fruitiness of Chambourcin gives a pleasant, full berry and currant flavour and bouquet. Matched with grilled or roast red meats, lamb, dark, poultry, pizza, tomato based pasta’s and cheeses, and dark chocolate. We think you’ll really like this one!

Winemaker’s Notes:
She’s back and she’s better than ever! Ruby Tuesday is definitely our wine of choice for weddings and large events. Ruby Tuesday’s youthful gamay is balanced nicely with the touch of tannins from her Chambourcin side. From nose to finish, Ruby Tuesday is a crowd pleaser through and through.
