Winemaker’s Notes:
This rich dark full-bodied wine was made from the oldest vines on the property. Planted in 1984. Fermented on its own skins for seven days, barrel aged for 18 months, this wine is drinking now but will improve with age. Cellar potential, up to three to five years.

Planted in 1999, Baco Noir is an intense wine with a slightly higher acidity and goes well with spicy foods. Aged in older oak barrels this wine is ready to drink now but will improve with several years of bottle aging

Fruity, with a hint of sweetness.

A dry fruity white wine made with Vidal grapes with a bit of Chardonnay added to lower the acidity. Fermented in stainless steel at a cool 12 degrees celius air tempertaure to retain freshness. Enjoy now.
