Our famous Iced Foch blended with Late Harvest Vidal for a refreshing dessert.</p>
<p>Some grapes are left on the vine past normal harvest, past first frost 0C and as cold as -10C, which will freeze the fruit. The grapes are picked and pressed to yield a natural level from 24 brix to as high as 40 brix. Through blending our winemaker Sal D&#8217;Angelo  has achieved a Canadian dessert wine with 100% natural sweetness. Enjoy after a meal, with dessert, or by itself.</p>
