We process our Rosé in the Blanc de Nuits style, where red grapes are pressed early to a natural pink colour. We chose to dedicate high quality, hand harvested Pinot Noir to making a world class Rosé unlike any other. You be the judge.

Pale in colour. Flavours of lychee and rose petal scents from the Gewürztraminer grape blend well with Muscat Ottonel variety. This makes our mst exotic tasting wine yet.

Full Bodied & Fruity Red Wine
This is a unique Pelee Island wine. Gamy Noir is a French grape variety that is solely responsible for the distinctive wines of Beaujolais, while Zweigelt, an Austrian / Hungarian grape variety, is Austria’s most popular red grape.
Deep in colour. The appealing fruitless of Gamay Noir and the distinct spiciness of Zweigelt grapes is blended to yield this full bodied red. Its boysenberry and black current flavours combine with a fine tannic finish and crisp acidity.
