Tasting Notes:

Every vintage, being unique, offers a new opportunity to create a balanced wine. The 2013 flight for Talon White consist of Auxerois, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Viognier and Savagnin. The blend will please your senses as no single varietal can possibly do. This is truly the art of blending at its finest.

I have had this bottle of Talon white sitting around for a while. With the feeling that Spring in the air, now is a good time to open it! (Stelvin cap)

Delicately scented bouquet (Viognier) with very inviting ripe tree fruit, apricot and citrus notes the follow through on the palate.

Interesting to note Savagnin plays a part in the blend. (It is mostly grown in the Jura region of France).

Fresh, vibrant style with appealing purity and a lingering finish. A pleasant sipping wine, now bring on the warmer weather!
