Winemaker’s Notes:
Deep garnet in colour with dark berry fruit, vanilla and ear notes. Expressive and powerful with highly concentrated flavours of rich cocoa and blackberry and a long and elegant finish with well-structured tannins.

Best paired with crusted rare beef tenderloin, prime rib, game and robust flavoured dishes.

We consider our Winemaker’s Cache of hand selected wines our hidden gems. These are the wines that will improve with time: robust, rich and complex. Produced only in the best vintage years. These wines are crafted to represent the very best our vineyards and winemaker have to offer.

An impressive wine that demonstrates some of the best winemaking in Lake Erie North Shore.

Ripe dark fruit notes, a luscious full bodied wine with an interesting hint of funky old leather (brettanomyces?). Integrated tannin structure, perfect balance, old world style and very delicious.
