Dark cherry colour.
Nose revealed cherry, spice, earth and burnt matchstick.
Taste mirrored nose, red cherry, very earthy, spice.
Just a hint of tannin, nice acidity making this wine very food friendly to red sauces.
Short to medium finish.
Drink now.
