Erie Shore Riesling 2008 Review
Winemaker’s Notes:Nature gives us such a great Erie Shore Riesling. 2008 is apple and red grapefruit flavours, pear and peach with a pleasant fruity, clean finish. It is great with turkey, pork, salmon, veal, fowl, lamb, fruit sauces and condiments, vegetables, pastas with cream and cheese sauces, dressed salads and cheeses.

Well worth trying.
The nose was a bit shy in the beginning but did open up shortly after being poured into my glass with some old apple and mineral notes.
No distinctive flavour on the palate, however it was well rounded, good mouthfeel that coated the mouth, and a moderate length finish.” A little more acidity would have kicked this wine up a notch.
Looking for a white wine to serve with your Christmas turkey? Consider buying this one and at the price, opening a few bottles won’t break the bank.
