This very popular wine has a bright straw-like colour while displaying a clean, grapefruit-citric fragrance. It is grassy with good minerality on the palate. This Sauv Blanc has a clean, crisp finish. A great refresher on its own. Also excellent when paired with Poultry, Pork, or Sea Food.
