The flamboyant bouquet of lychee and violet entices, while the spice enthralls. Our 09 Gewurztraminer transitions into a balanced citrus mouth, reminiscent of a marvelous exotic fruit salad – fully harmonized with a touch of spice and nutty caramel.

A good Gewurz, worth trying.
Nose is very assertive and offers just some nice lycee fruit notes.
Taste is much the same but is a bit short on the finish and is missing a bit of weight in the mouthfeel. Could be the lower alcohol, or ripeness of the grapes? Some spice noticed.
Fairly simple wine, but taste good chilled. Worth a try.
