Winemaker’s Notes:
A delicious Pinot Gris that shows grapefruit & pear on the nose. Flavors of peach & citrus grace the tastebuds with a soft feel, until a pleasant surprise comes with it’s zesty finish. Excellent with seafood, salads, and light meats.

Nothing beats opening a chilled bottle of white wine on a hot day. It’s Friday, it’s the weekend, and it’s hot. When temperatures in May stay in the low 30 celsius it’s a heat wave.
Sprucewood’s 2009 Pinot Gris is a mouthwatering, zesty, wine that packs a lot of punch into every sip. Nose and taste showed lots of citrus, mainly grapefruit. The acidity is right on, giving his a crisp clean finish.
Price …. well worth it. Affordable is the best word I can come up with.
This white wine is what summer is all about.
