Visually my glass had a few little floaties in it. Investigation revealed that the bottle had a few suspended particles in it too. No faults found so the particles may have been a filtration issue. Nothing to worry about.
Nose was a little bit shy at first. Let the glass sit for about 5 minutes and it opened up a bit. Noted what I can best describe as flat lemon, perhaps more mineral than fruit. Nose just wasn’t that empressive.
Taste on the other hand made up for the shy nose. Great acidity and a nice long finish prove this is a quality wine.
Taste include ripe apple, with a mineral finish. While not overly complex it had good balance.
