CEV Signature Series-Limited Edition Wines

Winemaker’s Notes:
A cool spring with relatively normal rainfall was followed by a hot, dry summer with an extended warm, dry autumn creating excellent ripening conditions for the Bordeaux varietals that demanded just that. Chocolate, blueberry and dark toast highlight the nose while the taste expresses choclolate, white pepper, and ripe blueberries with a longstanding fruit finish.

The award winning wines that wear our CEV label are the ultimate expression of our winemaker’s art. Ultra Premium, hand crafted VQA wines.

This is one complex wine that is deserving of all of the awards it has won.

Complex primary and seconday nose and taste: Leather, raisins, plums, black cherry, toasted oak with just the right amount of tannin. The alcohol is there but it is not hot, it takes a back seat to the primary notes.

This is a big bordeaux style wine, big and chewy and oh so good!

Pair with a nice roats beef meal to fully enjoy.

Available at the winery and at selected LCBO Vintage locations. BUY this one, it is the good stuff!!
