Winemaker’s Notes:
A delicious Pinot Gris that shows grapefruit & pear on the nose. Flavors of peach & citrus grace the tastebuds with a soft feel, until a pleasant surprise comes with it’s zesty finish. Excellent with seafood, salads, and light meats.

Winemaker’s Notes:
Our well-known and medaled Vidal is a lovely off-dry white wine with delightful floral-citrus bouquet, mild citrus on the palate, with apple, pear, kiwi, pleasant finish. Matched with appetizers, seafood, shell fish, white meats, pates, fruits and cheese.

Winemaker’s Notes:
This Riesling has an outstanding nose of lemon grass and citrus. The palate comes in very different from the nose, with a front palate flavour hinting peach and kiwi that gives way to an earthy and herbaceous finish. Some hints of citrus & mineral can be detected. This wine is off dry and can be paired well with thai food, chicken, and pasta in cream sauces.

Winemaker’s Notes:
Like the ’07 Vidal but a dry Vidal that is a refreshing wine. It is citrus to lemon. Light to Medium bodied, clean finish.
Pleasant floral-citrus bouquet. This one excels on a hot Essex County day! Great with appetizers, an aperitif, seafood, shell fish, white meats, pates, fruits and cheese.

CEV Signature Series-Limited Edition Wines
Winemaker’s Notes:
A cool spring with relatively normal rainfall was followed by a hot, dry summer with an extended warm, dry autumn creating excellent ripening conditions for the Bordeaux varietals that demanded just that. Chocolate, blueberry and dark toast highlight the nose while the taste expresses choclolate, white pepper, and ripe blueberries with a longstanding fruit finish.
The award winning wines that wear our CEV label are the ultimate expression of our winemaker’s art. Ultra Premium, hand crafted VQA wines.
