How do you make a wine for those ABC (Anything But Chardonnay) wine drinkers? You could add a little oak or spice it up like Colio did by blending in some spicey Gewurztraminer.
This is a nice summer time sipper.
Aromas of apple, pear, and lemon.
Nice acidity to balance the sweetness of this wine.
Fairly complex of fruit on the palate. Lemon, lime, and green apples which a little bit of spice.
Nice blend of Chardonnay and some Gewurztraminer to kick it up a notch.
Bonus marks for keeping the price down making this an affordable one to have on hand to share with guest who drop by. Chill and serve.
