    Nice and simple.

    The nose is certainly not overwelming. There is a hint of citrus.

    Nice balance going on here. Just the right amount of acidity to keep it crisp and a bit of sweetness for the mix.

    Citrus taste and if you dig deep you can notice some mineral near the finish. While not complex, simple and easy works fine here.

    It’s a nice cocktail sipper.
