Complex fruit with hint of berry and oak with good finsih. Definitely recommended. Noted in the taste: ripe red fruits and toasted oak. It's very smooth, kind of silky with a nice long lasting finish. Acidity is a little high but that is to be expected. Just pair this with pasta or a large "Salty Dog pizza" from Calbria in Cottam. Baco Noir doesn't get a lot of respect from the VQA system, try this one and I think you will agree with me that this hybrid should get more. Francois Baco would be very proud of this one.
