		<description>I agree, first taste of it seem to be more acidic, when it was air out a bit, the level of acidity seem to reduce a lot and a lot smoother. Complex fruit with hint of berry and oak with good finsih. Definitely recommended.</description>

Noted in the taste: ripe red fruits and toasted oak. It&#039;s very smooth, kind of silky with a nice long lasting finish.

Acidity is a little high but that is to be expected. Just pair this with pasta or a large &quot;Salty Dog pizza&quot; from Calbria in Cottam.

Baco Noir doesn&#039;t get a lot of respect from the VQA system, try this one and I think you will agree with me that this hybrid should get more.</description>
