Leaving the grapes on the vine a little longer does produce some interesting results. It gives the grape time to bump up the sugar content which produces a sweeter wine.
This one has a fresh lemon / lime nose and taste. Clean citric acidity on the finish. Nice balance between the sweetness and acid which gives way to a soft, long finish.
It’s not a wine that I would drink often but is perfect for a change of pace.
yes it is good but I recommend that you try the one from pelee.
It is a very nice riesling. If I may make one suggestion, try it at room temperature. I think it taste better this way rather any chilling it as is common with most white wines.
