Light straw colour. Big peach aromatic nose.
While it is missing some of the spicyness of a classical Gewürztraminer the big fruit forward taste makes up for it. Gushing with peach and apricot on the palate. Nice balance with a little bit of zest on the finish. Sweetness of a late harvest wine.
Very nice wine, an ideal cocktail wine.
This was one of the wines chosen for our daughters wedding. Went over extremely well with many requests for information where to get it.Will definitely be putting more in my collection as well as gifting it to friends.
Hi Nadine,
Great wine choice for a wedding!
I have said this several times on EWR …. I haven’t tasted a Smith & Wilson wine that I didn’t like.
