Winemaker’s Notes:
Nature gives us such a great Erie Shore Riesling. 2007 is apple and red grapefruit flavours, pear and peach with a pleasant fruity, clean finish. It is great with turkey, pork, salmon, veal, fowl, lamb, fruit sauces and condiments, vegetables, pastas with cream and cheese sauces, dressed salads and cheeses.

This riesling is a treat from start to finish.
Begins with a fresh floral and citrus nose that just invites you to sip on it.
Citrus starts the tasting notes, but I quickly picked up green apples, and honey. This wine has a nice medium bodied mouthfeel with a nice smooth finish.
This wine is a fine representation of a Lake Erie North Shore Riesling. When visiting Erie Shore winery make sure you buy this one!
