This is a nice big red wine. Darker in colour than other local Cab Francs, with a nice nose full of green peppers, spices, and plums.

Very nice mouthfeel. Drinks smooth with some mild tannins(probably due to the MLF).

Paired well with pasta and meat sauce. Very affordable making this a good wine to have on hand to serve for any evening dinner. Easy to find as this wine is available across Ontario at most LCBO's.
