Winemaker’s Notes:
Our richly robed Baco Noir displays rustic aromas of plums and blackberries. The palate is jam, jammy! Serve with red meats, red sauces and grilled entrées.

I challenge you to find a better local Baco Noir priced at $10 or less. You won’t.
Mastronardi’s “Casa Nostra” brand makes buying local VQA wines affordable without compromising quality or taste.
This Baco Noir is not only affordable, it is also a very good tasting wine.
Visually it is the classical deep purple baco’s are known for. On the nose there is some nice sweet oak and plum aromas.
Taste is a nice balance of currants, cherries and an anise licorice like flavour. The finish lingers for quite some time.
I believe that this wine will be available at local LCBO’s this coming January 2010.
Buy this one!
Ten dollars really?? Thats incredible, going out this weekend to get some of our local “10 buck Chuck” I will certainly post review shortly.
