Winemaker’s Notes:
Upfront buttery and honey flavours give way to hints of peach and grapefruit, finishing with a fresh citrus zest. Ideally paired with foods enchanced by an acidic influence. Seafoods and shell fish.

Very nice wine!
This medium dry wine white fills the mouth with wonderful fruit flavours such as pear, pineapple and citrus fruits. Good acidity, finish is quite long and succulent.
An excellent sipper. If you are going to pair this wine with a meal I would recommend fish.
