This may disappoint some and excite others. I am somewhere in the middle on this. I like a bit of sweetness when I open a Rosé. I enjoyed the hints of Cab Franc that are easy to recognize in this wine. It has a light refreshing taste upfront but left just a little bit of a bitter aftertaste. The wine has a nice light pink colour. A fresh smelling nose of flowers and earth. Served chilled, this is a nice sipper on a hot day.
