Winemaker’s Notes:
The medium Dry Riesling is crisp and refreshing featuring the soft aromas of lemons and grapefruit. Fresh citrus flavours refresh the palate making this a great match for fish, seafoods, grilled chicken and vinaigrette salads.

The rieslings produced in Essex County are all very good. This may just be one of the best of the 2008 vintage.
Poured this wine into my glass and noted the almost clear colour. Some rielsings have a yellow hue to them. This one is almost clear with just a hint of yellow in the glass.
Nose is full of wonderful citrus fruit notes. It is very fruity and lively.
The taste echos the nose …. this riesling is a bit sweeter than many other rieslings, almost has the sweetness of a late harvest vidal. Wonderful citrus notes hit the palate. This is a summer sipper.
This is one excellent Riesling. Just chill and enjoy.
