I am so glad you selected this wine. A good Pinot Noir like this one is always a treat.

When I first sampled this wine back in early May of this year it was good but since it had just been bottled and I felt that the wine was going through some bottle shock so I decided to give it some time.

I opened a bottle of today and and am glad I waited. This Pinot Noir is so savoury in the palate. A hint of oak, cherry and plum fruits. It's toasty, savoury, juicy and ready to drink.

Excellent paired with honey glazed ham or turkey.
