Winemaker’s Notes:
A very light tasting wine that is a blend of Vidal, Reisling and Apple. It has a very smooth finish and is reminiscent of the Rhine Wines. It is a great wine to pair with seafood, chicken, or light cheeses.

    Excellent. Very nice blended white wine. Green apple and lemon flavours from start to finish. Served chilled and enjoy this one.

    Makes a great sipping wine. A little bit sweet, so I suggest that this wine would be perfect with dessert.
