4.83 overall score

Winemaker’s Notes:
A great vintage year is the best reason to sip fine wine. 2007 was hot, dry and long with endless summer days providing the ideal conditions for rich concentrated wines.

The 2007 Baco Noir offers depth in both colour and flavour. This full-bodied wine is intense with dark berry undertones and black pepper aromas. The flavours of black cherry are followed by a creamy finish. Pair wiith game meats, beefsteak or hearty stews.

Winemaker’s Notes:
This blush wine is blend of raspberry dessert wine, apple and Vidal. It is a great little summer wine mixed with soda or for those who enjoy a sweet table wine. This wine complements the taste of spicy food or strong flavoured meats and cheese.

4.83 overall score

Winemaker’s Notes:
An exceptional 2005 vintage red made of the popular now sold out 2005 Baco Noir and the fruity 2005 Chambourcin. The full bodied character of Baco Noir is softened by the fruitiness of Chambourcin gives a pleasant, full berry and currant flavour and bouquet. Matched with grilled or roast red meats, lamb, dark, poultry, pizza, tomato based pasta’s and cheeses, and dark chocolate. We think you’ll really like this one!
