After spending my week in Orlando, Florida it was nice to return home to enjoy some good wine again. I have developed a taste for our local wines and really do miss them when they are not available.
Colio’s Sauvignon Blanc is a nice juicy and fresh white wine, it’s lively and offers both soft citrus and floral notes, with some light grassiness and a nice clean finish.
This one is ready to drink right now. Don’t bother cellaring it. Enjoy it right now with a fish dinner or as the weather gets warmer take it outside and sip on it.
