Smith & Wilson Ruby Tuesday 2007 Review
Gamay / Chambourcin, med dry
Winemaker’s Notes:
She’s back and she’s better than ever! Ruby Tuesday is definitely our wine of choice for weddings and large events. Ruby Tuesday’s youthful gamay is balanced nicely with the touch of tannins from her Chambourcin side. From nose to finish, Ruby Tuesday is a crowd pleaser through and through.

Don’t miss this one. Buy a few extras to have on hand for any occassion. This is one of those wines that most will like. No need to wait for this wine to get better. You can buy right now and serve now.
It’s very easy to drink, pairs with most meals, and can still be served as a sipping wine.
The nose is mild red fruits and oak. Intense plums, sweet cherries and spice flavours greet the palete followed shortly by a mild oak taste. this is a very nice blend that makes for a very nice wine.
Priced at $11 is one is a great value. I’m buying a few more of this one to serve to guest. I know they will like this one.
