Winemaker’s Notes:
An intense dry red and aged in oak barrels for eighteen months. This wine has good tannins and structure and will develop in the cellar for three to five years.

    Get you hands on this cab franc if it is still available from the winery.

    Deep ruby colour.

    The nose is a complex aroma of red currants, pepper and spices. Taste picks up the currants and spicys and a wonderful oaky taste. The oak adds an nice balance to the wine.

    Pair this with a beef dinner and you won’t go wrong.
