There is another story behind this wine, and you can read that here.
Pelee Island’s Rosé 2007 has light hints of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry. It is a very fruit forward sipping wine.
It’s a light wine and should be enjoyable anytime. While the winemaker suggests that this wine would be companion to spicy or barbecued foods I am not sure. I see this as a siping wine after dinner or as a patio wine on a hot summer day.
It is worth a look.
