Winemaker’s Notes:
Fruity, with a hint of sweetness.
A dry fruity white wine made with Vidal grapes with a bit of Chardonnay added to lower the acidity. Fermented in stainless steel at a cool 12 degrees celius air tempertaure to retain freshness. Enjoy now.

When I think Vidal I automatically think of ice wine.Often late harvest and ice wines are made from vidal grapes.
This vidal has a nice fruity nose with a hint of lemon. On the palate the wine is dry at first followed by a hint of sweetness. Very nice. Taste of apples, pears, with a hint of honey.
Excellent sipper or to serve with cheese.
For the price, this one is a steal.
She be a fine wine at the price.
