This dry wine has a fruity nose. This follows through in the taste which is has hints of green apples. The taste doesn't linger too long on the palete. This wine would be nice with a select of gouda cheeses or any pasta with white sauces. This wine is only available at Wagner Orchard and Winery ... when you visit, pick this one up.
