A fanastic big red wine.
Deep red colour. Nose presents oak, cherry, and tobacco.
Taste is a true big red Cabernet Franc. Cherry, spice, pepper, hint of tobacco, and oak.
An intense mouth filling structure with a smooth finish.
Well worth the price.
Do take the time to let this wine aerate. It’s worth the extra time and planning. I tasted this wine right after opening the bottle, aerated 30 minutes and tried again. What a difference! The intensity of the flavours just about knocked me over.
This wine is only available from the winery each year between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Get it while you can!
