(unoaked) Starting with an interesting nose of apple cider and ripe pineapple this wine leads into flavours of dried apricot and late autumn apples. The finish is round and buttery with a hint of toasted almond.

        This is a Northern Italian style Pinot Grigio, off-dry with delicate citrus aromas and flavours and crisp acidity. An excellent sumertime wine that can be enjoyed as a sipping cocktail, as well as paired with light foods or sefood. Serve slightly chilled.
