Winemaker’s Notes:
With its enchanting floral and lychee aromas this wine lives up to its spicy reputation. Lychees carry through in the flavours as well as honeysuckle and ripe local peaches. Match with spicy and chicken entrees also pairs well with fresh fruit and cheeses.

Never tried it looks good!
Nice wine with a beautiful floral smell and fruity taste. Very good with an Asain stir fry and spicy rice. Also nice all on its own if you like sweet wines.
When reviewing sweeter wines I have to always remember to think only about the wine and not my own personal palate. I agree with Aaron this would be the perfect wine for asian cuisine, the sweet and spicy is very well balanced and the finish just seems to linger I didn’t pick up the lychee as the winemaker indicates. I enjoyed this wine with a curry dish and thought it went very well. I love the label on this wine, in fact I love the labels on all their wines.
