I took your suggestion Gary and yesterday picked this one up at the Roundhouse LCBO. Very nice choice. Maybe not my favorite chardonnay however it was still very good. I wonder what this wine would taste like if it had just a little bit of oak in it. I think it may even be better.

Very smooth and buttery. Hints green apple, pears, and peaches come to mind when I tasted this wine. It is an easy light wine to drink and pair with just about anything.

This wine was a contender for our Christmas dinner wine.

Erie Shore Unoaked Chardonnay 2006 was a nice find at our local LCBO. A few Erie shore wines are now available at some of the LCBO's in Windsor and Essex County. While I normally won't recommend that you buy wine from the LCBO if you can't make it out to Erie Shore Vineyard pick this one up at the LCBO.
