NOTES FROM THE WINEMASTER:
Eco Trail is a blend of Auxerois harvested when it reached 19.4 degrees brix, and Chardonnay harvested when it reached an average of 19 degrees brix.
Serve at 16 degrees Celsius with poultry or seafood. This is another excellent sipping wine great for sharing with friends and family out on the patio or over a great meal.
GRAPES: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Auxerois
BRIX: 19.4 degrees
ALCOHOL: 12.5%
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 9.9 g/L

This is a very nice blended chardonnay that I really enjoyed. The chardonnay is blended with auxerois which may very well be the Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) grape in this area.
Nice smooth taste. Nice value wine for under $10.
