I opened a bottle of this wine this evening to see how it has been developing in my cellar. It is still a very good rielsing, may even be a bit better than the last time I tasted thime one. I found it interesting that both Wanda and I noted that the taste was very "Mac Apple" like. Gushing with flavour and a long finish this wine has developed some interesting tastes. It's worth a revisit if you have had this wine before. If not visit the winery and buy this one while it is still available. The label has changed since it's original release ... but it's still CREW's 2007 riesling. Very enjoyable, fruit forward wine. Perfect for a hot summer evening. Cheers! Tasted Again: (1 June 2010)

It’s been a while since I tasted this wine. I opened a bottle of this wine this evening to see how it has been developing in my cellar.

It is still a very good rielsing, may even be a bit better than the last time I tasted thime one.

I found it interesting that both Wanda and I noted that the taste was very “Mac Apple” like. Gushing with flavour and a long finish this wine has developed some interesting tastes.

It’s worth a revisit if you have had this wine before. If not visit the winery and buy this one while it is still available. The label has changed since it’s original release … but it’s still CREW’s 2007 riesling.

Very enjoyable, fruit forward wine. Perfect for a hot summer evening.

They were right on when they selected the CREW's Reisling. I chilled the bottle before opening it. It is a very smooth wine with a medium fruity tasting. The wine is a golden clear colour. The fruit sensation builds with each taste. Paired with Le Fin Renard cheese for a perfect match. Buy this one now, it won't be around for long.
