This is not one of the CREW's better wines. The wine's colour is a bit darker than a Rosé normally is. Red Sky At Night is a mix of Riesling white wine and Merlot red wine. The nose (aroma) is very weak. There is a hint of apple. The taste is nice, certainly not big or bold. Perhaps just a mild fruity taste at best. I am not sure what I would pair this wine with, as I think it is best served as a cocktail wine. The CREW is known for the big bold red wines. This is not one of the CREW’s better wines.
