Winemaker’s Notes:
With an enticing nose of berries and toasty oak this friuty wine lures you in. Initially its burst of fruitiness tricks the mouth into thinking it is sweet but the finish is quick and dry, with a slight herbaceous quality, making this Cab Sauv a great wine for dinner.
