We tried this wine paired with “Delice des Appalaches” cheese at Colio’s wine and cheese pairing event. (http://www.essexwinereview.com/essex-county-wine-region/wine-and-cheese-pairing-event-at-colio-estate-winery/ )
This is a nice fruity wine that was a perfect pairing with “Delice des Appalaches” cheese. The wine has a nie golden colour to it. It is an easy sipping wine.
I believe that this is one of the last wines by Colio winemaker Carlo Negri did before he retired.
This is a premium quality wine and a very good price. Recomended.
I am giving this one a big thumbs up. This is a very good wine that I will buy again. Top marks!!
