Colour: A nice light plum red colour.
Smell: I picked up a sweet smell of ripe cherries.
Taste: The cherry smell followed through into the taste.
Price: Can’t beat it for under $13.
I picked this wine up at a local LCBO. It is a very nice wine at a very good price.
I haven’t tried any other Pinot Noir wines so I have nothing to compare it to. Pelee Island Winery’s Pinot Noir is an excellent introduction.
I watched the movie Sideways about a year ago. This movie created a wild interest in Pinot Noir and can’t believe it took me this long to finally taste it.
