    Tasting Notes:
At Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards we take pride in the success and quality of our award winning Rosé wines. Here we offer a second style that will appeal to those who prefer a dry wine.

We process our Rosé in the Blanc de Nuits style, where red grapes are pressed early to a natural pink colour. We chose to dedicate high quality, hand harvested Pinot Noir to making a world class Rosé unlike any other. You be the judge.

Enjoy chilled with crusty bread, light cheeses and cured meats for an extra enjoyable experience. Quality Rosé doesn’t get any finer than this!
